our sports day will be held on the coming February 16th,2008 at Stadium UIA,Gombak.as usual,the sukantara marks the start and yep, it's been a hell of a month since - preparing for the big day!

we had our coaching clinic last january 10th,2008 at SRK jln gurney hall. so happy to be together again! damn proud to see that the first batch of Koryo Taekwondo were successful in their respective field with Taekwondo as their Way of Life. i've been trained since 1992 and together has seen the evolution of the team. Koryo is renowned for it's reputation as the best groundbreaking scene, producing among the best players for Malaysia especially with our dear Master KM Rajendran coaching for the national team now.

this took me ages to complete. of course, i felt guilty all along. damn.

Alhamdulillah the sun was shining all morning, which is a blessing since the past three days was soaking wet and [which made a reason for me to stay at home, cuddling pillows and enjoying the nice warm blanket  hihi]...then again,not today!
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
kids were having fun as well as the mums and dads. watergames are a must, with prizes to be won. naufal took home a few, and abah spends the rest of the evening dozing away. poor abah must be tired hihi.

a morning with dina and yana~~

went for a walk with dear colleagues - dina and yana at tasik titiwangsa the other day. a sunny and breezy day, we enjoyed the casual walk, kidding around as we burst out laughing to our dumb jokes.
 
  
stopped by the Eye on Malaysia, i haven't got my ride yet. perhaps soon, before it's disassembled as the Visit Malaysia Year campaign ends.

wheeee i'm back again!!
yup, sudah malas amat mau update blog / fotopage hihi...time constrain, that's the fact. i do have loads to tell and loads to share but due to the above said reason, have to slow down the pace for a while... 
fret not, the school holidays is just around the corner (counting, counting...) and then i'll have all the time in the world. i'll be hogging to my laptop all day long with no care in the world~!! [boleh gitu??]
